Shivaam Civil Project Constructions was established as a proprietorship firm and has been independently carrying out building construction and repair works for over 25 years. We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, and Panvel, with projects that have ranged from school buildings to resort hotels to industrial plants. We are a trusted civil construction company in Thane and Navi Mumbai, with completed projects spanning schools, hospitals, factories, residential towers, resorts, and commercial complexes.
Our management is led by Dhiraj Pandey and Gopal Manchanda, whose combined experience of over 65 years spans every type of civil construction, from residential towers and school buildings to resort hotels and industrial facilities. We own our equipment, we train our workforce, and we take complete technical ownership of every project we execute.
